Privacy Policy
PrintzCloud is run by Cloud Ads, No 7/3, 5th Street, Chowdary Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600087, India. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your orders and to improve our service. We never sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and GST number if you give one
- Your orders, quotes and the artwork files you upload
- Your account: sign-in details, or your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google
- Payment status from Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through the website, and our replies
- How you found us and how you use the site: the page or ad that brought you here, pages and products you viewed, and basic device and browser information
How we use it
- To make, print and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated about them
- To reply to your questions, designs and quote requests
- To send offers, only if you agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time
- To see which of our ads and posts bring customers, so we spend less on ads that don't work
- To keep accounts and invoices as Indian tax law requires
When you message us on WhatsApp, or we send you order updates there, your messages are handled through WhatsApp Business, provided by Meta. We receive your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send, and, if you reached us through one of our ads, which ad it was. We use this only to reply to you, handle your order, and send updates you asked for. We use WhatsApp's business tools and a service provider we control to manage these conversations. We do not use your WhatsApp messages for anything else and we do not sell them. You can stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP or by asking us.
Facebook, Instagram and Google ads
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and may advertise on Google. Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, and our store tells Meta when an order is placed. This lets us measure which ads lead to orders and show our ads to people more likely to be interested. Meta and Google receive information such as the pages viewed, the order value, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number for matching. They handle it under their own privacy policies. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the business, and only what each needs:
- Razorpay, for payments
- Blue Dart and other couriers, for delivery
- Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and Google, as described above
- Our website hosting and email providers
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Other information, such as your account, saved designs and messages, we keep while you are a customer and delete or anonymise when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Delete your data
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time, including data received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Google sign-in. Email mail@printzcloud.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the email address or phone number you used with us. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
