Return Policy
At PrintzCloud, we prioritize delivering a seamless shopping experience tailored to your needs. Since our products are custom-made, returns are not possible. However, we are committed to resolving any issues involving damaged or incorrect products that you may have received.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Tampered Exterior Packaging: If the outer packaging appears tampered with, do not accept the package. Instead, take a clear photo and share it with us immediately while rejecting the delivery. This ensures a prompt investigation and replacement or refund.
- Interior Damage: If the packaging looks intact, but the product inside is damaged, we’re here to help. For faster resolution, we recommend providing an unboxing video. If confirmed, we’ll replace the product without additional inquiries or refund the amount to your original payment source.

NQA/Product Related Issues:
Issues if any with the product will need to be highlighted to our customer care within 15 days of receiving your order. PrintzCloud is entitled to deny any claims beyond this reasonable period.
Cancellation Policy:
To ensure timely delivery, we process most orders on the same day. If your order hasn’t been processed, you can request a cancellation and receive a refund to the original payment account or in the form of a voucher. The cancellation request must meet the following conditions:
- Orders can only be cancelled within one hour of placement.
- To cancel your order, send an email immediately to mail@printzcloud.com

Refunds
Refunds are typically not available for custom-made products, exceptions apply for items that are damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a voucher of equal value, redeemable for future purchases on PrintzCloud.
